1 medium bunch celery
1 cup water
1 Tbsp butter
2-3 Tbsp flour
3 cup milk
2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Chop stalks and leaves of celery bunch. Add water and boil for about 15 minutes or tender. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour stirring well. Gradually add milk and spices. Bring to a boil stirring continuously. Add sauce to celery. Serve with croutons
