2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix drained pineapple chunks, grated cheddar cheese, sugar and flour. Pour into a buttered casserole.
Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
Pour melted butter over crackers.
(Or, butter and cracker crumbs can be combined before putting on top of pineapple mixture.)
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Good served with a ham meal. May want to add a few crackers more since Ritz has cut down in the amount of crackers in a sleeve.
