Ingredients:  
One large red cabbage
Red Wine Vinegar, White vinegar, Rice Vinegar (all are good)
Sugar or Truvia
Salt (to taste)
Olive oil (optional)
Spike seasoning (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Finely slice the entire cabbage.
Mix the vinegars with sugar, salt and olive oil.
Pour the vinegar mixture over the sliced cabbage
and mix thoroughly. Add a little Spike seasoning.
Eat right away or cover and chill. It lasts quite awhile when refrigerated.
My children all love this and now the grand kids are getting into it.
