2 cups sugar
1 square butter
2 T. white Karo syrup
1/2 cup milk
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Boil for one minute or until bubbles get large and thick.
Remove from heat, cook and beat until ready to spread
on brownies or cake.
You can beat this by hand with a large spoon or with a
medal bread kneading machine like Bosch.
I usually double this recipe.
