2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2-2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 131/2 oz can pineapple chunks
2 T. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T. soy sauce
1 c. coarsely chopped green peppers

Directions:

Mix and make meat balls out of:
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2-2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt

Brown in small amount of oil. Put meat balls in casserole as they brown. Pour off fat from skillet.

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Add water to reserved syrup to equal 1 c. liquid. Mix with cornstarch, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce in skillet. Heat until thickened and clear; add pineapple and green peppers. Pour sauce over meat balls. Bake 325º-350º for 20 minutes.
