2 Cans Salmon
1of the 4 pkgs saltine crackers (from a box of saltines)
Finely chopped onion and celery, 1/4 C each
2 Eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Empty one can of salmon into bowl, removing bones and skin but including the liquid. For the next can drain the liquid first then add to bowl. Again remove bones and skin. Roll out cracker into small crumbs. Add crackers to salmon. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and form into patties. Put oil or butter on skillet, (I use a griddle) when hot, place patties on griddle. Salt and pepper and cook on medium high till brown.
