Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 - 1 lb. bags frozen broccoli
3/4 lb. Velvetta cheese, cubed
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to directions, drain well.
Melt velvetta and milk together.
Melt butter and toss with crushed crackers
Put cooked broccoli into a buttered 9 x 13 dish.
Pour cheese mixture over all.
Cover with cracker mixture.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to use the broccoli florettes. Ritz crackers has decreased the amount of crackers in a sleeve, so you may want to add a few more than a sleeve to have enough to cover casserole nicely.
