3 cups cooked sweet potatoes

Irene's secret for the best ever casserole is to use freshly baked "real" sweet

potatoes.

1 cup sugar

1⁄2 cup margarine, melted

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup milk


Ingredients for Topping

1 cup brown sugar

1⁄2 cup flour

1/3 cup butter

Combine all ingredients and pour into lightly greased casserole

Directions

Sprinkle topping over casserole.

May freeze at this point. Thaw before baking

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

the second. An organized, plan ahead cook, Irene always loves to have one ready for
