Stuffing:

1 large onion
2 Tbsp margarine
1 can mushrooms
1 1/2 lbs beef
1/2 tsp oregano
pepper
1/2 cup sour cream

Pastry:

2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 Tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk unbeaten
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions in butter until transparent. Mix rest of stuffing ingredients and let cool then put in sour cream.

Pastry:

Work shortening and dry ingredients together. Add egg yolks into sour cream. Mix all together.

Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Turn down to 375º for 20 minutes. Egg white was over top.
