½1 Large Bag Dried Whole Red Chilies
1 Pack Whole Cumin
½ lb Green Tomatillos
½ Head Garlic
10 lbs Pork Rump Roast
1 T Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add pork to crock pot. Add salt, water, and 3 cloves of garlic. Cook several hours. Shred pork after cooking.

Soak dried chilies in water until soft. Remove the chili heads when soft. In saucepan filled with water, bring tomatillo to a boil until soft (about ½ hour). Blend chili, salt, 2 cloves garlic, cumin, tomatillo and water to make chili sauce. Strain sauce and begin slow boil in saucepan until all the chili is blended. Add shredded pork to chili sauce and bring to a boil.
