2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs, whipped
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. crushed pecans
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dark Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, granulated sugar, salt and baking soda. Add crushed pineapple with juice and eggs. Spray a 13x9 in. pan with cooking spray and pour above ingredients into pan. Mix together brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over cake and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Bring to a boil sweetened condensed milk, butter and vanilla. Pour over cake once cake is cooled for 10 minutes.

Pour dark rum over cake and serve!
