Ingredients:  
3-4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 c. sliced onion
1/2 tsp. salt (more to taste)
2 c. chopped broccoli
2 c. chopped cauliflower
1 handful snow peas
1 medium red pepper (diced)
6-8 medium cloves garlic (minced)
Freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. spaghetti or linguini
4 green onions chopped
2 handfuls minced fresh parsley and basil
Grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Pot of salted water for pasta.
Heat oil in skillet, add onion and salt and saute over med heat about 5 min.
Add broccoli and cauliflower.
Cook and stir until vegetables are barely tender.
Add peas and pepper cook about 5 min.
Stir in garlic and pepper, salt if needed.
Cook pasta al dente and add saute to it.
While tossing, add green onions, parsley, basil and parmesan.
Serve immediatly!!!
