1 pkg. of Italian Sausage
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 medium onion
5 - 6 garlic cloves diced
1 pkg. sliced Baby Bella mushrooms
1 jar traditional spaghetti sauce
1 jar Alfredo sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the "skin" from the sausages and cut up in chunks. Pan fry until pink is gone. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Slice peppers and onions in thin strips: saute till until about half done, but still slightly crunchy. Add the garlic and stir. Place in pan over sausage. Add the mushrooms and cover all with the jar of spaghetti sauce. Add pepper to taste.

Bake at 400º until sauce is bubbling and mushrooms are soft. In the meantime heat the Alfredo sauce. Cook Fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.

After baking, sprinkle the dish with Parmesan and Asiago cheeses if desired. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
