2 cups sugar
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs (beaten)
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (not drained)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 or 35 min. let cool.

Frosting for cake
8oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar
Blend cream cheese, butter an powdered sugar (cream well) add 1/2 cup chopped pecans an 1 tsp. vanilla
