2/3 butter (bib) lettuce/ 1/3 baby spinach (or whatever combination you like)
Candied pecans
Fruit that is in season:

Summer fruit: berries, nectarines, pears, etc.
Winter fruit: apples, satsumas, craisins, pomegranate


Poppyseed Dressing:
1 cup oil
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 red wine vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/4-1/2 grated red onion
