4 small chicken breasts
1 Tbs. oil
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup balsalmic vinegarette dressing
2 green onions, chopped
2 Tbs. fresh basil
1/2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in oil. Stir in cream cheese, broth, dressing, onions, and basil. Cook and stir until sauce begins to thicken and chicken is cooked through. Add tomatoes and snow peas and cook 2-4 minutes or until snow peas are crisp tender. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice or fettucine.
