1/2 gallon jar
3-4 cups of fresh fruit (or until jar is 1/2 full)
1 1/2 cups of sugar
Boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Fill jar 1/2 way with fruit. Add sugar. Fill with boiling water. Dip lid in boiling water and without touching edges place on top of jar. Screw on ring over lid tightly. Flip upside down and let sit (sugar will dissolve). Let cool 15 minutes. Flip right side up and let finish cooling. You will hear pops when the jar seals. If it does not seal, drink juice.
