1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 stick soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup sour milk (can add 1 tsp. vinegar to milk)
2 1/2 cups unbleached flour
6 tbsp. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 cups grated zucchini (drain off liquid)
1 12 oz. package Nestles chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Directions:
Cream sugar, oil, eggs, butter and vanilla together. Combine all dry ingredients in separate bowl. Alternate and mix dry ingredients with sour milk to already creamed mixture. Mix in grated zucchini. Pour batter in pan.
Sprinkle 3/4 package of chocolate chips on top of batter. Bake in 325º oven for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
