Kugel:
8 oz. pkg. medium egg noodles
3 small (1-8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
6 Tbsp. butter
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup apricot nectar (optional)

Topping:
6 tbsp. butter
1 cup finely crushed Frosted Corn flakes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Kugel: In a large saucepan cook and drain noodles. Return hot noodles to saucepan. Cut cream cheese and butter into 1 in. pieces and add to noodles.
Toss until both have melted. In a large bowl beat eggs, sugar, milk (and apricot juice) until combined. Pour over noodles and mix well. Pour mixture into buttered 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle topping over mixture and bake for 45 minutes @ 350º or until golden brown. Enjoy!

Topping:
In skillet over low heat, melt 6 Tbsp. butter. Stir in crushed corn flakes, sugar and cinnamon, mix well. Sprinkle over top of Kugel just before baking.
