1/4 cup butter at room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup and 2 tblsp sifted flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line muffin pan with liners.
2. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
3. Sift flour, soda, and salt together, and add to butter mixture. Mix in sour cream.
4. Gently fold in berries and vanilla.
5. Fill buttered muffin pan or paper muffin forms 2/3 full
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
