SALAD
10 Russett potatoes, boiled in skins, cooled peeled and cut into pieces.
1 bunch green onions
1 can ortega diced greed chilies
1 can ortega diced jalapenos
1 can small pitted black olives
1 large purple onion, diced

DRESSING
2 bunches cilantro
1 can green chili sauce
1/2 bottle green hot sauce
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all salad ingredients together in large bowl. In food processor combine all dressing ingredients and process until smooth (use more or less hot sauce to taste). Salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over salad and refrigerate overnight.
