SALAD
2 bunches cleaned, stemmed spinach
1 bunch green onions
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb cleaned washed mushrooms sliced
1 lb bacon fried until crisp and crumbled
1 can Blue Diamond smoked almonds
Croutons

DRESSING
1 pkg Good Seasons herb and garlic salad dressing mix
3/4 c water
1 1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c balsamic vinegar (or to taste)
1/2 c granulated sugar (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
NOTE: This dressing can be made to taste - just keep adding more vinegar or sugar until you like it! Let sit for at least an hour before serving. You can use an artificial sweetener, but it just does not taste the same.

Put spinach in bowl and arrange other ingredients on top in a decorative manner (or not) - put prepared dressing in microwave to heat before serving.
