½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. sour cream
½ c. crumbled bleu cheese
2 T. finely chopped parsley
1 T. onions or scallions, minced
1 T. fresh lemon juice
¼ c. hot sauce ( to taste)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.

Serve with raw vegetables or chips
