1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 cup mushroom soup
1 package beef mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 package dry Lipton onion soup.

Directions:
Grease a 9x 13 pan. Brown pork chops and lay on top of mixture. Cover with foil and cook for 2 hours at 325 degrees.

There was a little note on Mom's recipe that said. "conference special"! Just a side note- Leona Carlson was my Kindergarten teacher and her husband was the principal at Burley High School.
