Ingredients:  
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
Juice and pulp of 2 oranges and grated rind of one
2 Tblsp of coconut
1/2 pint whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Cook until thick. Add 2 Tblsp of coconut. When cool, fold in 1/2 pint whipping cream ( already whipped ) sweetened to taste. Chill and serve.
