1 stick of oleo
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked rice
10 oz. pkg. of frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 pkg. shredded cheese of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven at 350 degrees. Sauté chopped celery and onion in oleo. Combine: Cream of chicken soup, cooked rice and broccoli florets. Pour oleo, celery & onion mixture over all, mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over mixture before baking. Bake 45 minutes
