1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1 c. half and half
1 c. whipping cream
1 unbaked pie crust
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Stir together sugar, four and salt. Add half and half and whipping cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat until mixture thickens. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake for 50 minutes or until set.
