1/2 cup (1 stick) plus 6 tbsp. butter, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups Oats
1 cup cranberrys
1 package white chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well - set aside.
In another large bowl beat butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla - beat well
Add the flour mixture gradually and mix well.
Add oats and mix well.
Mix in the raisins and chocolate chips


Drop rounded tablespoons (I use a small scoop) onto cookie sheets spaced about 2 inches apart. I always use parchment paper.
Bake 12 minutes
let cool 1-2 minutes on cookie sheets and then transfer to wire rack and cool completely

Makes about 4 dozen
