2 (16 oz.) pkgs chocolate-flavored candy coatings, divided
2 (7 oz.) bags sweetened flaked coconut
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 c. toasted almonds, whole

Line a 9x13 baking dish with aluminum foil, letting foil hang over sides. Set aside.

In a large microwavable bowl, microwave 1 pkg. candy coating on High, in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted, about 1 1/2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Let set at room temperature until candy coating is hard, about 25-30 minutes.

In the work bowl of a food processor, combine coconut, corn syrup, extracts, and salt. Pulse until coconut begins to come together. Press coconut mixture evenly onto chocolate layer.

Melt remaining package candy coating in microwave as before. Pour over coconut mixture, spreading evenly. Place almonds approximately 1 inch apart on chocolate. Let set completely. Cut into 4 1/2 x 1 1/2" bars. Store covered at room temperature for up to 1 week.
