1 head lettuce, torn into small pieces
¾ c. celery, chopped
½ c. green onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas
1 pint real mayo
2 T. sugar
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Real bacon bits to cover top of salad

Directions:
Directions:
Using a 9x13 pan, or trifle, layer in order as listed above. Mix together 1 pint mayo and sugar. Spread over above ingredients much like frosting a cake. Sprinkle with cheese and end with bacon.

Refrigerate overnight before serving.
