2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 "unbake" pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well & pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and continue to bake for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean from centre.

Of course this is really good with whipped cream but John gave me another tip recently. Drizzle "Baileys" over the whipped cream. OMG it is really good!!! Perfect match for pumpkin.
