Whole Chicken
1/2 Can Beer
Salt
Lemon Pepper
Butter
Flour
1 T Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Butter chicken, salt inside and out. Flour chicken on outside and sprinkle with lemon pepper inside, outside and under skin generously.
Put 1/2 beer can in stand (squeeze 1 T honey into beer and sit chicken over can. Put alum foil tent over chicken. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place oven rack on bottom. Bake 30 min. Remove tent and bake 350 degrees for an hour or till done.
