2 T olive oil, divided
2 skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 carrots, sliced diagonally into 1/4 in pcs
1 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli
Fresh asparagus
Sliced mushrooms if desired
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz angel hair pasta
1 Can chicken broth
1 t dried basil
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 T oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add chicken Salt and Pepper. Cook, stirring until chicken is cooked through, about 10 min. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil. Also heat water for pasta in large pot. Add carrot to skillet, cook stirring 4 min. Add broccoli and garlic to skillet. Cook 2 min. longer. Cook pasta according to directions. To skillet add fresh asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces and some mushrooms. Cook 2 min. Add 1 C chicken broth, basil and Parmesan to skillet. Stir, return chicken to skillet. Mix 2 T corn starch with remaining chicken broth. Add to skillet to thicken sauce. Drain pasta and top with chicken and vegetable mixture.
