4 cups peeled, sliced apples or peaches or 4 c. berries
2 c. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
1 double pie crust
3 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place fruit, sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl and let set for several minutes, stirring occasionally to mix fruit and sugar.

Place bottom pie crust in pie pan. Sprinkle flour and an additional 1/4 c. sugar over the crust. Pour fruit over crust. Top with 3 slices of butter or margarine. Top with remaining crust and crimp edges to seal. Sprinkle a little sugar on top of the crust.

Bake at 375º until crust is browned.

Personal Notes:
You can use 2 cans of canned fruit in place of the fresh fruit. Add. 1 c. sugar instead of 2 and omit the flour in the bottom of the crust. Everything else is the same.
