cup All purpose Flour
3/4 cup Sugar
2 ts. Baking Powder
1/4 ts. Salt
5 Tbs. Unsalted Butter (Room Temp)
Tbs. Lime Juice
1 1/2 ts. Lime Zest
FROSTING
5 Tbs. Unsalted Butter (Room Temp)
2 cups Powdered Sugar
Pinch Salt
1/2 ts. Vanilla
Tbs. Lime Juice
ts. Lime Zest

Oven at 350º Line cupcake pan with liners
Sift Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder & Salt
in smaller bowl mix Egg, Egg White, 1/4 cup Milk & Vanilla
In Mixing Bowl Add Flour mix, Butter & 1/4 cup milk till combined
Slowly beat Egg Mix in 3 batches, mix 1 1/2 minutes
Mix in Lime Juice & Zest by hand
Bake 20-24 minutes, Cool 30 minutes before Frosting
FROSTING
Cream Butter, Add Sugar & Mix
Add Salt, Vanilla & Lime Juice
Beat till light & fluffy, At end add Zest

You can add Green Food Coloring BUT always use Food coloring Gel, if not your cakes might be too runny
You can put the Frosting in a zip lock bag, then cut a small corner and pipe onto cupcakes.
