3-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine
2 egg yolks, well beaten
1 egg white, unbeaten
1 c. thick sour cream
3/4 c. apricot jam or preserves *
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt together. Mix in margarine with pastry blender until mixture is like coarse meal. Add egg yolks and sour cream, mixing lightly until dough forms a ball. Roll dough out on floured board to 1/8 in. thickness. Cut in squares. Mix crumbs and jam together. Put a small amount of the mixture in the center of each square. Roll up starting at one corner. Shape into crescent. Place on greased cookie sheets, about 1 in. apart. Brush top of each crescent with egg white. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min. Remove at once to rack for cooling.
