9 biscuits
4 cans evaporated milk
2-1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 tbsp. vanilla

Sauce:
2 lbs. real butter
3 cups brown sugar
1 carton whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble biscuits in a pan. Add evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Bake at 400º in a preheated 350º oven for 20 minutes, stir with spoon and bake and additional 20 to 25 minutes.

For the sauce, melt the butter and brown sugar on low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add whipping cream and simmer until smooth. Pour sauce over bread pudding when ready to serve.
