2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
6 cup shredded lettuce
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped, green onions with tops
1/2 cup pitted, ripe olives, sliced
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
2 pkgs. tortilla chips
1 bottle Catalina dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef in skillet until brown,drain then mix in taco mix. Mix all ingredients in large bowl or pan. Crush chips in bag and pour into bowl. Pour in dressing and mix. Serve immediately.

(With taco salad, it is best to leave chips out until you are ready to serve, then mix with dressing.)
