½ stick butter
1 ½ c. Minute Rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle rice covering bottom of pan. Mix soups and milk. Pour over rice. Lay chicken on top of soup layer. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Seal TIGHTLY with foil. Bake @ 325º for 2 ½ hours and DO NOT PEEK.
