16 oz. bag frozen gumbo vegetable mix (or just mixed veggies)
1 ½ lbs. boneless/skinless chicken breast, cubed
4 oz. smoked turkey sausage, sliced
15 oz. diced tomatoes w/ onion & garlic
2 – 15 oz. cans fat-free chicken broth
2 t Cajun seasoning
2 C cooked brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place vegetables, cubed chicken, sausage, tomatoes, chicken broth, and seasoning in a crock-pot.

2. Cook 1 hour on high, reduce to low and cook 7 hrs.

3. Add cooked rice to soup during last 30 min of cooking
