1/2 c. flour
2 c. margarine
1/2 c. butter
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk and flour in microwave until it boils. Stir it every minute until done. Place a piece of waxed paper over the mixture and let it cool on the counter. DO NOT put mixture in the refrigerator. When the mixture is room temperature...whip margarine, butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add in flour mixture and beat for 5 to 10 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The frosting does not harden or get crusty. It has a nice light buttery flavor. This is best when used on a butter pecan cake. Bake cake as directed on the box. Then freeze it. Then frost it. You will get less cake crumbs that way. Enjoy!
