1 loaf pound cake
1 package (16 oz) chocolate bits
¼ cup boiling water or coffee
4 egg yolks
½ cup soft butter
¼ cup powdered sugar
sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour chocolate pieces in electric blender. Cover, turn on high for 6 seconds. With motor off, scrape chocolate from sides on container.

2. Add water or coffee, cover and blend on high speed for 6 seconds.

3. Add sugar, egg yolks, butter and flavoring.

4. Cover and blend 15 seconds or longer, until frosting in smooth.

5. Spread on cake and place sliced almonds on top after chilling about 15 minutes if necessary.

6. Keep refrigerated.
