4 c. rolled oats
2 c. unsweetened coconut
2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cashews
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
2 c. favorite diced dried fruits

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 325º
Mix all but dried fruit and spread on baking sheet and bake until golden, 30 min. Let cool completely on baking sheet.
Remove to large bowl and toss. Add dried fruit.
