5 quarts water
2 - 12oz. beers
5 lbs. small red potatoes
3/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
1/4 cup Coach's Cajun Low Country Boil Seasoning (get it at BiLo)
3-4 large onions, peeled and sliced thick
4 garlic cloves - minced in garlic press
2 lbs. Kalbeisa precooked sausage, sliced
5 lbs. shrimp (shells split and deveined)
12 ears corn, cut into thirds

Bring water and beer to boil in large pot. Add Old Bay, Coach's Seasoning, and garlic. Add potatoes and cook 20 minutes. Add onions, sausage and corn, cook 10 minutes longer. Check to make sure potatoes cooked, if not cook 5 more minutes until potatoes done. Turn off heat and add shrimp. Leave covered until shrimp turns pink and is cooked throughout (this is only a couple of minutes). Drain water and dump out on newspaper and enjoy.
