Crust ingredients: (or use a roll-out pie crust)
1 c. flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/3 c. half and half
Quiche ingredients:
4 eggs slightly beaten +1 1/3 c milk + dash pepper +few drops of hot sauce
1 - 8 oz pkg Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded +3/4 diced cooked ham
1/3 c. chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
For the Crust:
Sift flour and 1/4 t salt - cut in butter - stir in cheddar cheese
Add half and half and stir until dough holds together.
Roll and fit into pie pan.

Place ham, green pepper and cheese in bottom of crust.
Pour in the egg/milk mixture.

Bake at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes.
