2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
confectionary sugar
Directions:
Directions:
With an electric Mixer beat eggs and sugar until light
Mix butter, lemon rind and lemon juice then fold into flour mixture with baking powder
Spoon into greased pan
Bake at 375 deg for 10-12 minutes
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes
Dust with confectionary sugary when cool
