1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
3 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. chai tea leaves (taken from tea bags)
apple butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, salt and chai tea and mix thoroughly. Chill overnight. Let stand until room temperature before baking. Fill a cookie press with dough and turn out flower shaped cookies 1-2 inches apart onto an unbuttered baking sheet. Fill the center of flowers with small amount of apple butter, then bake 7-10 minutes at 350º. Let cool before moving to wire racks.
