2 Whole chicken breasts - cut into small pieces
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp dried marjoram
1/4 cup marsala wine
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 TBS chopped onion
3 TBS butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet cook mushrooms and onions in 1 TBS butter until tender -
Sift flour, marjoram and 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper together then lightly press chicken pieces into flour mixture - set aside
Cook chicken in the remaining butter, remove skillet from heat
Return mushrooms and onions to skillet
Carefully add marsala and broth. Cook uncovered 2-3 minutes until mixture thickens slightly
