1 lb bulk sausage (original)
6-8 lg potatoes, scrubbed and sliced thin
1 lg bunch kale
2-3 boxes chicken broth
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2-3/4 pint heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large dutch oven, brown sausage in butter and olive oil. Do not drain - scrape bottom of pan to loosen sausage pieces. Add chicken broth and potato slices and cook until potatoes are tender. Add kale and cook another 15-20 minutes. Add heavy cream and stir well.
