1 Pound Boneless Pork cut into cubes
1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning mix ( can use onion, chili, paprika)
1 8oz chunky Salsa
1/3 Cup Apricot preserves or Duck sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pork with seasoning, brown. Stir in Salsa and Jelly. lower heat, cover and simmet for 15-20 minutes. Serve with rice.
Can add: red peppers, zucchini.
